90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Arcane Large Day Pack Earth?

It's a functional day pack designed for urban living and daily errands, made responsibly with repurposed and recycled materials from scraps and offcuts from the manufacturing process and irreparable items.

What is it made of?

The Arcane Earth Series is primarily made from ReComp™ material, which comprises damaged US products that are beyond repair and repurposed factory cutting scraps, including recycled cutting scraps, recycled foam, labels, and zipper pulls. Despite this, the material still provides ample durability for everyday use. This concept also introduces unique textures and colours to otherwise classic designs. It has an innovative and responsible twist that works perfectly for environmentally conscious shoppers and outdoor enthusiasts looking to lower their impact.

The off-white colour is also undyed, whilst the contrasting fabric is sublimation printed, meaning less water and energy is used to colour this particular material/colour option.

What back system does it use?

This backpack features a breathable mesh backpanel that provides ample ventilation for commuting to work or walking around the city. It's comfy, lightweight, and durable enough to wear regularly.

What are the features?

The spacious main compartment, which can fit a variety of items and belongings such as lunch or extra layers, is accessible via the large J-zip access. You also get a quick-release security hook on the harness.

The bag also comes with a padded laptop sleeve that fits laptops up to 16" and a document sleeve for files or books, making it well-suited for daily commutes and business trips.

A large zipped front panel scratch-free pocket works perfectly for delicate items or belongings you need to access quickly, such as sunglasses or a mobile phone.
