90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Flex Lumbar 3-6?

The Flex Lumbar is a secure, comfortable hipbelt featuring expandable storage and a massive range of pockets. Use it for walking, biking, travelling, commuting and more.

What is it made of?

It's made using a tough yet lightweight 100D nylon-poly blend fabric with a ripstop weave. This means if you catch the fabric on a sharp object, the ripstop weave will prevent the entire product from ripping.

What are its features?

You've got two places to stash water bottles, one on either side, a zipped valuables pocket that's ideal for your wallet or keys, one main compartment for the bulk of your paraphernalia and one hidden top zipped pocket. Two compression straps stop your belongings from moving about if the Lumbar isn't fully packed and a padded hipbelt provides comfort and support.

The most unique feature of the Lumbar, though, is its expandable volume. Simply unclip one of the front buckles and a clever baffle opens up to reveal 3 extra litres of storage; ideal if you need to pop a lightweight jacket inside or some extra food.
