90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Black Hole® Gear Tote?

It's a 61-litre oversized tote designed for long-haul trips, expeditions, and adventure travel when you require a lot of gear. The Black Hole® Gear Tote is made with exceptionally strong materials to help resist wear and tear, even when thrown around, meaning it'll last for years.

What is it made of?

This bag is made with 900D 100% recycled polyester ripstop, with a postindustrial, recycled, weather-resistant TPU-film laminate.

It's hard to describe how strong this material is; the density is incredibly high to start, so reinforcing it with TPU laminate means it's no force to be reckoned with! This choice of materials will allow this bag to stand the test of time, no matter how much of a beating it gets or how far you travel with it, so you can rely on it repeatedly for years, if not decades.

This product is made in a Fair Trade Factory™, giving Patagonia more control of the operations in the factories they choose to work with. Patagonia proudly offers more Fair Trade styles than any other apparel brand in the current market. But how does it work? Patagonia pays a premium for every item made in one of these factories, and this money goes directly to the factory workers. A democratically elected committee of Fair Trade workers will decide how this extra money gets spent in each Fair Trade factory. The program also promotes worker health and safety, and social and environmental compliance, while encouraging healthier dialogue between workers and management.

The large opening is designed with a semi-rigid construction that helps it keep its shape and stay open, making packing a doddle. There's an external zippered side pocket that also helps to keep small essentials organised.

Durable, reinforced double-haul handles make for easy carry and loading. Reinforced daisy chains also allow you to attach and carry extra gear when needed.
