90-day returns period

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Siltarp Plus Solo Shelter?

This lightweight, versatile one-man shelter is constructed from a single piece of fabric for a strong, seam free finish.

The Siltarp Plus Solo is great for individuals on light alpine, bikepacking or backpacking adventures, as well as an emergency shelter if you get stuck in challenging, wintry conditions.

What is it made of?

The Rab Siltarp Plus Solo is constructed using Cordura 30D siliconised nylon with a PU coating, which provides a 2000mm hydrostatic head (HH) of waterproof protection.

Cordura 300D nylon reinforces the tarp on high wear areas to help increase durability and strength whilst combating harsher conditions.

What are its features?

The Siltarp Plus Solo is ideal for individuals wanting to carry a minimal load. Whether backpacking, bikepacking or wild camping in the summer, quality or functionality will not be an issue with this lightweight, packable shelter.

2.5 metres by 1.4 metres of rectangular tarp provides sufficient coverage for a basic, one-man setup. The seamless design creates additional waterproof protection by reducing the risk of leakages often caused by exposed seams on a lesser quality shelter.

16 external guy points are made from lightweight webbing and four central lifter points allow additional space and versatility in a setup.

All webbing points are double bartacked to reinforce strength at these vital attachments, whilst Cordura reinforcement patches sit on the corner guy points for added durability.

The tarp comes with six pegs and six lightweight guylines, along with a stuffsack for quick, easy packup.

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
