What is the Aiguille Hooded Top?

The Aiguille is a lightweight hoody that provides a little sun protection during the summer. It's perfect for more exposed climbs and long days at the crag, whether tackling a multi-pitch route abroad or simply bouldering in the Peak District.

What is it made of?

The Aiguille is made with a stretchy jersey material that comprises 90% recycled polyamide and 10% elastane. Of course, this recycled material has less environmental impact without compromising performance. It feels soft and smooth on the skin and provides enough stretch to reach for that next hold.

What are its features?

This hooded top has a centre zip that runs halfway down the front to allow extra ventilation when needed. A close-fitting hood helps to keep the wind out of your ears and makes it easier to fit a climbing helmet over the top - doubling up as sun protection for your neck, too!

It's constructed with cover stitched seams, ensuring next-to-skin comfort and minimising the risk of chafing and rubbing when worn for long periods or in humid environments. Cuffs are double-layered to add durability and come with integrated thumb loops that help to prevent your sleeve from riding up your arm.

For storage, this hoody has a chest pocket fastened with a YKK® zip - ideal for snacks, energy gels or a mobile phone.

Overall, this piece fits slim, giving it a more appropriate, athletic feel and helping to minimise the risk of fabric hooking or catching on holds as you ascend.
