90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Nexus Crew?

It's a lightweight, warm and super stretchy crew neck midlayer that is made from the same high-performance Thermic™ G gridded fleece fabric as the rest of Rab's Nexus range.

This super versatile fleece offers superb mobility, breathability and temperature regulation, making it perfect for everything from fast-paced mountain adventures to walking the dog.

What is it made of?

The Nexus Crew is constructed from Thermic™ G Circular backer fleece made from recycled Polyester. Thermic™ fabrics are specially engineered to be lightweight, warm, fast drying and durable, and Thermic™ G is developed to provide improved air trapping (for warmth), good breathability and reduced weight. By balancing durability, warmth and fast-drying properties, the material can provide the ultimate performance and adapt to various activities and conditions - perfect for intense mountain adventures!

What are its features?

With a simple feature set, the Nexus Crew is all about high-performance fabric, freedom of movement and lasting comfort for everyday and more technical adventures. The super soft fabric features a durable four-way stretch, articulated sleeves and underarm gussets for unhindered movement.

Double-layered cuffs create lasting comfort when worn for long periods, whilst a dropped hem to the back of the fleece provides added coverage to protect vital areas from drafts in cold conditions.

How does it fit?

The Nexus Crew is created in Rab's regular fit, which is a versatile fit that is contoured to the body with plenty of room for movement. Designed for versatile cross-seasonal and multi-layering use, the Nexus crew can be worn as a super-warm baselayer, cosy midlayer or light outer layer depending on the climate and weather conditions.

1Bust

Measure around the fullest part of the bust and across the shoulder blades of your back. When measuring the bust for women's underwear and swimwear, follow the bra measuring guidelines.

2Waist

Measure at the natural waistline, just above the hip bone.

3Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips. As a guideline this is often 20cm below your natural waistline.

4Inside leg

Measure from the top of the inside leg to the floor.

5Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

6Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
