90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions

If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Power Stretch Pro Pull-On?

It's a highly durable, versatile and abrasion-resistant fleece that uses Polartec Powerstretch Pro for reliable warmth and comfort. Its four-way stretch offers unhindered movement, making it an ideal addition to your technical layering system. It's great for everything from mountaineering to hiking.

What is it made from?

This midweight fleece is constructed from high-performance Polartec® Power Stretch® Pro™ fabric. Power Stretch Pro is a soft and warm fleece fabric that offers a four-way stretch for complete freedom of movement. It's also highly breathable and moisture-wicking to regulate your temperature when you're working hard, making it great for mountain activities and versatile use.

Power Stretch Pro differs from standard Power Stretch by having an incredibly tough and abrasion-resistant nylon face fabric that can withstand the wear and tear of frequent use with a pack or harness. This impressive durability makes it an excellent choice for climbing, scrambling and mountaineering when you need durable kit that can withstand rugged mountain faces and challenging crags.

What are its features?

The fleece features a 1/4 length front zip for quick ventilation, with a soft chin guard to keep the zip from catching or snagging against your face. Low bulk, flatlock seams throughout help to reduce the overall bulk of the fleece and eliminate the risk of any chaffing when worn for long periods. The cuffs have been designed with minimal bulk for comfort when layering; thumb loops provide a little extra coverage across the wrists and make slipping outer layers on and off a breeze.

How does it fit?

The Power Stretch Pro is created with a slim fit, which sits close to the body to maximise its insulating and wicking properties.

4Inside leg

Measure from the top of the inside leg to the floor.

5Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

6Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
