90-day returns period

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions

What is the Kangri Jacket?

The Kangri is a feature packed, reliable, comfortable and high performing shell jacket for year-round walking, trekking and general mountain activities. The Kangri has been updated for this season and now uses a Recycled outer fabric with a Gore-Tex membrane that guarantees you’ll stay dry and comfortable in the worst conditions.

What is it made of?

Rab use a super tough Recycled 70D nylon throughout the jacket to ensure abrasion and general abuse is dealt with effectively. This outer fabric is treated with a DWR (durable water repellent) to prevent water sinking into the outer fabric and negatively affecting breathability. Underneath this outer fabric you'll find a Gore-Tex membrane which is guaranteed waterproof and windproof. Finally, a polyester inner fabric provides comfort next to skin.

What are the features?

Starting at the top as usual, Rab provide you with a fully adjustable hood with a laminated and wired peak. Moving down, a fleece-lined chin guard and back of neck wicks away sweat and increases comfort. The YKK AquaGuard front zip features an internal storm flap to help keep the weather out when it’s at its worst. Other useful features include two hand pockets with YKK AquaGuard Zips and an internal securing clip, 2-Way YKK AquaGuard pit zips under each arm to dump heat quickly and effectively, an internal zipped security pocket, an elasticated hem, anti-snag hook-and-loop adjustable cuffs, a waist drawcord with a one handed adjustment system and lastly some reflective logos for safety purposes. You get everything you need and nothing you don't.

Please note, the Kangri does not have a tab to roll the hood away.

How does it fit?

The Kangri fits into Rab's 'regular' fit block, meaning additional layers can be worn underneath without restriction or discomfort, however the multitude of adjustment points allows you to reduce the overall volume when just wearing a baselayer. A dropped hem provides extra coverage.

1Chest

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
