What is the Metron WP 25?
It's a fully functional, waterproof backpack designed for two-wheeled commutes. The Metron WP provides optimum protection for all your belongings without needing a raincover and delivers ample storage and organisation for your essentials.
What is it made of?
The main body fabric and base of this backpack are 420D nylon, double coated with a TPU laminate for exceptional waterproof protection. The main liner fabric is a lighter 200D polyester, which is less bulky than the outer materials, saving weight without compromising durability.
All materials in this packed are 100% recycled, helping to lessen the environmental impact of the bag.
The product is also bluesign® approved, meaning it's manufactured in a way that is safe for the environment, workers and consumers. bluesign® certifications ensure that the materials used avoid harmful substances, use reduced air and water emissions, increase resource productivity, and the production line is more transparent and trustworthy.
What backsystem does it use?
The Metron WP 25 has an Airscape backpanel with mesh-covered ridged foam on an Atilon framesheet to provide ample ventilation.
A mesh-covered die-cut foam harness with hidden reflective piping enhances ventilation further while keeping the pack stable and delivering extra visibility for low-light conditions.
A removable webbing hipbelt is lightweight and comfy and helps to alleviate weight from your lower back, and the adjustable sternum strap helps to keep the pack from bouncing around.
What features does it have?
The waterproof roll-top closure features a flap with a secure magnetic closure, which is then secured further (once rolled) with a metal hook for extra reliability.
A magnetically secured, removable padded laptop sleeve with a stretchy, zipped compartment, which fits most 16-inch laptops, protects your valuable belongings and makes removing the laptop from your pack easy.
A front panel water-resistant zip pocket is well-suited for holding small items that you want to keep accessible, like travel cards, a wallet, or a mobile phone. The Metron WP 25 has two blinky light attachments, including a laser-cut attachment and a loop. You also get additional reflective graphics for commuting in the dark.
