Consumer Contract Regulations (CCR)

What are the Consumer Contract Regulations?

Under the "Consumer Contract Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order for goods made at a distance. These rights start from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

Your right to cancel

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.

Your Right to a Refund under CCR

You may get a refund within 14 days of either, the trader getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.

A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

Refunding the cost of delivery

The trader has to refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service e.g. guaranteed next day, it only has to refund the basic cost.

Exemptions

There are some circumstances where the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not give you a right to cancel. These include CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping, perishable items and tailor-made or personalised items. They also include goods with a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons that have been broken or tampered with, e.g. Climbing Equipment and PPE.

My goods are broken

If you feel that your item is defective/broken/faulty and it is still under warranty, please contact our Customer Support team([email protected])with as much information as possible with regards to the fault, including photos if applicable.

We want to reduce our impact on the environment as much as possible, the first step for this is reducing our waste. Therefore, please note that we will always offer a professional repair in the first instance; if the product can be repaired.

This may involve your product being sent back to our suppliers or to a professional repair company. Please note that due tovaried procedures, warranty claims and repairs can take between 2 and 4 weeks to be concluded

Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL 2 Bikepack Solution Dye Tent

Season:Sale AW25

Brand:Big Agnes

Code:TTWULBP221

What is the Tiger Wall UL 2 Bikepack Solution Dye Tent?

It's a three-season tent designed primarily for lightweight bikepacking adventures. This tent has a super lightweight construction for maximum packability and a bikepacking-friendly configuration allowing you to attach it to your ride easily.

What is it made of?

Flysheet: The fly is made with durable nylon ripstop, solution-dyed to make it highly resistant to UV fade and reduce water and energy consumption during manufacturing. It's treated with a silicone water-repellent and has a polyurethane backing to give it a 1200mm hydrostatic head with extra protection from the solvent-free Polyurethane taped seams.

Floor: The floor uses the same fabric as the flysheet but is made in a shallow bathtub style for added comfort and protection from dew and drafts.

Inner: A combination of polyester mesh and the same solution-dyed nylon ripstop has been used to create the inner of the tent, helping to minimise weight and bulk without compromising ventilation for warmer climates. The mesh panels also help to keep creepy crawlies at bay for a comfortable night's kip.

Poles: DAC Featherlite poles are strong yet lightweight. They provide a stable frame for the Tiger Wall to survive in various weather conditions over multiple days.

The total weight containing the full spec comes in at just 1.50kg, with a stripped-down trail weight of only 1.28kg. If you want to go uber light, you could just take the fly and pole as a shelter, shaving off roughly 200g.

What are its features?

Entry: The Tiger Wall UL2 BP has a two-door entry with two vestibules. Each door features smooth-running dual zipper closures with storm flaps and enough room in the vestibule to separate boots and damp clothing from your living area.

Quick-stash doorkeeper at the entry prevents the door from flapping around in the wind when open.

Space: As the name suggests, this tent has enough room for two people or even makes a great solo tent if you'd rather have the extra space and are okay with carrying a few extra grams. Structured foot-end corners help maximise useable space, meaning you can keep a few essentials inside or even have room for the pooch.

Storage: Inside is a "mezzanine" 3D bin built into the ceiling above the foot end for extra storage and conveniently placed pockets for doors and next to the head for power bank and phone storage, with clean cable routing options.

Elastic webbing for storing a helmet on the exterior of the tent inner provides a sheltered spot to store your biking helmet. Plus, daisy chain webbing loops on the fly provide additional storage for kit or wet gear that you want to keep off the ground.

Ventilation: You can increase ventilation using the low vent feature on the vestibule doors, or for additional airflow, leave the doors partly open with the two-way zippers.

Guylines, attachments and pegs: The super lightweight guylines and webbing loops on the corners are reflective to avoid literal nighttime trips to the toilet. Pre-cut guylines, pre-attached tensioners and colour-coded webbing and buckles make the construction process less mind-boggling, providing you with a 'ready to pitch' set-up straight out of the bag.

The proprietory TipLock Tent Buckle™ combines many useful features; securing the pole tips, attaching and tensioning the fly, and pegging out.

The included Dirt Dagger UL Stakes are a lighter and more robust option thanks to the patent-pending I-beam aluminium construction, helping to secure your tent in place effectively, no matter the conditions.

Optional Extras: Add extra protection and prolong the life of your tent with the Tiger Wall UL2 Bikepack footprint (sold separately).

Gear lofts provide additional storage and organisation if needed; the UL2 fits the Triangle, Large Trapezoid and Wall gear lofts - also sold separately.
