90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions

If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Superflux Hoody?

It's a cosy, technical fleece designed for all manner of mountain and outdoor pursuits throughout the colder months. Warm, moisture-wicking and durable, it's ideal for everything from high-intensity challenges to everyday outdoor activities.

What is it made from?

The Superflux Hoody is made from a soft, stretchy fleece called Thermic™, which comprises recycled polyester, virgin polyester and elastane. Rab has selected Thermic™ fleece because it balances durability, warmth and fast-drying properties to provide the ultimate performance fleece fabric that can adapt to various activities and conditions.

The chest pocket is constructed from a contrasting Matrix™ fabric made from 100% polyester. Matrix™ is a specialised line of softshell fabrics selected by Rab for their unique performance qualities and durability.

What are its features?

This technical fleece features a simple zipped closure and a cosy, close-fitting hood that'll fit snugly underneath a climbing helmet. Thumb loops at the cuffs provide added coverage across the hands and help prevent your sleeves from bunching up when slipping on additional layers. A dropped rear hem provides extra coverage and warmth across the lower back, so you don't feel a cold draft when stretching and reaching.

For storage, there are two mesh-lined hand pockets that double as ventilation zips if you start to work up a sweat, whilst a chest pocket in a contrasting Matrix™ fabric helps provide some wind resitance. All of the pockets are secured with a YKK® zipped closure to keep your belongings from unexpectedly falling out on the trail. Finally, flat-locked seams throughout help to reduce the risk of chafing for increased comfort levels.

1Bust

Measure around the fullest part of the bust and across the shoulder blades of your back. When measuring the bust for women's underwear and swimwear, follow the bra measuring guidelines.

2Waist

Measure at the natural waistline, just above the hip bone.

3Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips. As a guideline this is often 20cm below your natural waistline.

4Inside leg

Measure from the top of the inside leg to the floor.

5Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

6Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
